Up the ante in your 2020-2025 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD 4WD truck and improve the ride with this 3-inch lift kit featuring FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks from BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance performance and capability this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 35" tires. These kits feature proprietary FOX 2.5 shocks designed specifically to bolt-on performance for increase travel and the ability to soak up the roughest terrain along with smooth on-road comfort.

We take you to 5,500kg payload capacity providing an additional 1.7T payload capacity.

Up front the lift kit includes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite reservoir shocks and heavy duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength. Along with the control arms a pair of indexed cast steel torsion bar keys are supplied upfront to lift the vehicle and a small differential relocation kit is supplied to correct CV axle operating angles without affecting ground clearance. To eliminate sway bar interference a pair of sway bar relocation brackets is used which maintains proper operating angle.

In the rear a 2" block and u-bolt kit is used to create a level to slightly tail high stance when unloaded. Rounding out these kits are a pair of specially tuned Outback Kitters 2.5" reservoir shocks ready to soak up the terrain.

Outback Kitters 2.5" Remote Reservoir Shocks

These shocks feature a large 2.5-inch zinc-plated steel body paired with an external finned remote reservoir that significantly increases oil capacity and cooling surface area. This design manages heat buildup far better than standard monotube shocks during long stretches of corrugations, heavy loads (canopies, drawers, recovery gear, water, camping equipment), and high-speed outback travel -preventing the oil from thinning, damping from fading, and the vehicle from floating or wallowing. Custom-valved specifically for the weight and characteristics of American pickups, they deliver consistent, controlled damping over extended distances, with practical details like long rotating reservoir hoses for flexible mounting and rubber protective boots against stones and debris.

In short, they are built for the whole trip—not just the first 20 minutes—providing the thermal capacity and composure needed when ordinary shocks run out of performance on Australia’s toughest tracks.

HD Upper Control Arms

Built for strength performance and increased travel these upper control arms are ready to bolt-in with most leveled/lifted trucks. They use 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.

Boss Airbags Double Bellow

These air bags are a heavy-duty rear air suspension upgrade designed to combat sag, improve stability, and restore level ride height under load on leaf-sprung vehicles.

It features a pair of robust double-bellow airbags constructed from cured natural rubber, high-tensile steel cords, and ballistic reinforcing, each rated at 2,500 lb / 1,136 kg per side and independently government-approved tested to over 750 psi (far beyond typical operating pressures of 15–45 psi). The complete kit includes vehicle-specific or universal upper and lower mounting brackets, hardware, high-quality SAE J844 airline, dual Schrader valves on a stainless panel, and fitting instructions, allowing easy bolt-on installation that usually takes just a few hours with basic tools.

When inflated just enough to level the vehicle, the airbags share the load with the leaf springs while the dual-path plumbing prevents air transfer and body roll for safer, more controlled handling on Australian roads and tracks.
