The transmission plate clamps onto the back of the transfer crossmember and shares the sump plate holes at the front. They fit with or without a bull bar as long as the factory plate still fits, but do not fit with a diff drop. Use standard bolts rather than high tensile, as high tensile bolts put too much pressure on the mounts.
