HTX Wiring harness for Integration with a 3rd party switch controller

This harness connects a pair of Lightforce HTX driving lights to a third party switch controller, purchased separately, for owners who already run one.

Each end has the correct 4 pin connector to plug straight into the HTX lights. Split tubing is supplied separately so you can cut the red and yellow wires to length. No relays or switches are included, and the red and yellow wires must not go straight to the battery: the harness relies on a controller with relays, fuses or short circuit protection. Make sure your controller can switch the load. Lightforce lists HTX draw per light at 8.5A for LED at 10 volts, or 4.5A stable for HID with around 8A at start up for 10 seconds. For two lights, allow 17A (LED), 9A (HID) and 16A peak HID start up.
