The HTX2 is the Lightforce hybrid driving light, combining an HID bulb with twenty LEDs in one slim housing for long reach and useful spread. It suits touring, caravanning and trucking setups.

This second generation moves to a one-piece aluminium housing with more surface area for heat management, and its profile works with more frontal crash avoidance systems. It runs an OEM spec 5000K D1S HID bulb with an Osram® ballast for reduced EMI, plus twenty 5000K Lumileds® Luxeon ZES LEDs. Lightforce rates it at 1 lux at over 1,650 metres and 0.25 lux at over 3,200 metres. Ingress protection exceeds IP68 and IP69K, backed by a Gore® membrane. It is Australian made with a 5 year warranty.
