Offroad Animal - Rock Sliders to suit, Ram 1500 DT 2019-Current ( non Hurricane )

These chassis mounted rock sliders replace the body mounted factory side steps on the Ram 1500 DT from 2019 on. The factory steps make a good step but a poor slider, so these give real protection and higher clearance while still working as a step.

Three heavy duty steel brackets mount individually to the chassis and carry a 6061 T6 aluminium extrusion backbone, similar in weight to steel but stronger. A steel tread step fits to the backbone, with an extruded tread that grips better than diamond plate. The sliders are angled up 30 degrees and are side curtain airbag compatible. Kit weight is 75kg, install takes about 3 hours and difficulty is 4/10. Do not use these sliders to jack up the vehicle.

Does not suit Ram Bighorn 6'4" tub. Hurricane motor models yet to be confirmed.

Key features:

• Chassis mounted for strength
• Side curtain airbag compatible
• Angled up 30 degrees for clearance
• Extruded tread step for grip
• Backed by a 24 month warranty
