The Scout roof rack is designed for the 79 Series dual cab, giving a quiet platform that adds only 60mm to vehicle height.

The aluminium rack weighs 26kg. Five T-slot rails take standard M8 hardware, so existing tie downs and brackets should bolt straight on. The roof is rated to 150kg dynamic and 350kg static, with a 100kg off-road rating, leaving 74kg off-road and 124kg on road after the rack weight. A wind deflector comes standard, and removing a panel opens a mount for a 42 to 48 inch light bar. It fits all LC79 dual cabs. Fitting takes 1 to 2 hours. Backed by a 24 month warranty.
