Product Details
The REDARC BCDC Alpha100 R is a 12V, 100A DC battery manager for caravans, camper trailers and 4x4s. It charges from your alternator and solar, and it is not suitable for engine bay installation.
Green Power Priority™ puts solar first to ease the load on your alternator. With the included Smart Battery Monitor, the Alpha100 R can tell the difference between current going to the battery and current going to loads, using spare capacity to run loads directly. It adjusts charge mode in real time, can revive a fully flattened lithium battery, and recovers a flat start battery in 15 minutes remotely from the RedVision app. Solar input range is 9 to 48 VDC, and an adjustable input current limit makes it suitable for vehicles with low surplus current, including hybrid and electric vehicles.
