Product Details
The REDARC BCDC Trailer S combines a 12A vehicle to trailer DC-DC charger, a 40A MPPT solar regulator and a smart battery isolator in one compact unit. It keeps your trailer battery charged on the move, so you rely less on idling and mains power.
An input current limit is designed so you can connect directly through your trailer plug and existing vehicle wiring, protecting the plug connectors, wiring and fuses from overload. It accepts a 9 to 32V input and charges Standard Lead Acid, Calcium, Gel, AGM and LiFePO4 batteries with a three-step process and a max charging voltage of 15.3V. It is designed for the vehicle cabin or a protected spot such as a ute canopy, caravan or battery box, and is not suitable for engine bay installation.
