Product Details
The REDARC BCDC Classic25 (BCDC1225D) is a 12V, 25A DC to DC charger built for engine bay installation. It charges your secondary battery from the alternator and solar at the same time, so your auxiliary bank stays healthy on the move or parked.
A built-in MPPT solar regulator accepts 9 to 32V, and Green Power Priority™ selects solar first to reduce alternator load. It suits 12V or 24V vehicles with standard or variable voltage alternators. Nominal output power is 375W with a max charging voltage of 15.3V. Charging profiles cover AGM, Gel, Standard Lead Acid, Calcium and LiFePO4. For most applications it suits battery banks of 75 to 200Ah; above 200Ah, REDARC recommends the BCDC1240D. Input and output fuses are not supplied (REDARC FK40 recommended).
