The REDWorks Scout40 gives weekend adventurers dependable power without a complicated install. This pre-wired dual battery panel fits behind drawers or under seats where a full system normally would not go.
It pairs the BCDC Core40 in-cabin 12V 40A DC battery charger with a Smart Battery Monitor. Charging comes from the alternator at up to 40A and from solar via the in-built MPPT regulator, with Green Power Priority® using solar first. The Smart Battery Monitor shows state of charge, run time and input/output current on your phone, and the charger's LED interface flags status and faults. A 50A Anderson™ output suits 12V fridges, large compressors or electric jacks. The panel weighs 3.6 kg, measures 330 x 235 x 76 mm and operates from -15°C to 60°C.
