The REDARC 24V Daytime Running Lights Controller switches your headlights on whenever the ignition is on. It is a simple safety upgrade for 24V commercial, industrial and fleet vehicles.
Running headlights during the day helps make your vehicle more visible, and daytime running light modules are now compulsory under OH&S provisions on many mine sites. This controller operates from 20 to 30V DC and suits positive or negative-switched lighting systems. A 10-second turn on delay reduces load on the engine during cranking, which helps on vehicles with an already-large starting load. The compact unit measures 32 mm x 70 mm x 90 mm and weighs 400 g.
