Product Details
The REDARC SBI12-LLD is a microprocessor-controlled Load Disconnect Isolator built specifically for lithium (LiFePO4) battery systems. It protects your auxiliary battery from being excessively discharged by connected loads, keeping it above the level where its internal protection would trip and stop many chargers from recharging it.
Put simply, when the battery is overly discharged the SBI12-LLD switches off your connected loads, and when the battery recovers to a suitable level it restores power. It turns off at 10.5V after a 2 second delay and back on at 11V after 10 seconds. Spike protection components reduce the risk of damage to the unit and stop solenoid coil spikes affecting vehicle equipment. Install it with a quality fuse kit.
