For heavier trailer lighting loads, the REDARC 20A 4 Circuit Compact Trailer Lighting Reducer powers 12V brake, tail and indicator lamps from a 24V vehicle. It is a cost-effective way to tow a 12V trailer behind a 24V truck.
With a maximum rated output current of 20A, it handles more lamps than the 10A versions. Input is 20 to 33V DC and the 12V RMS output suits incandescent and LED lamps. Fully encapsulated with robust construction, it is protected against overload and short circuit and suits installations exposed to the elements, such as the chassis rail.
