Safari Snorkel to suit Toyota Hilux 167 Series 3.0L Diesel 1KZ-TE

The Safari Snorkel SS143HF suits the Toyota Hilux 167 Series with the 3.0L 1KZ-TE turbo diesel, built from 1997 to 2005. It raises the engine's air entry and feeds the stock air cleaner assembly, keeping water and dust out on crossings and dirt roads.

The snorkel body and air ram are moulded from UV stable cross linked polyethylene to stand up to harsh sun. Its 3 1/2 inch air ram assembly separates water from incoming air, and a template and fitting guide are supplied so the guard cut-out is marked accurately.
